Maximum cooling performance at minimum noise levels and excellent reliability can be particularly important in the world of high-end workstations and special server applications. Therefore, our coolers can also be installed on Intel Xeon 5000 and Xeon 7000 processors using the Xeon Mounting-Kit for socket 771 and socket 604 (10mm mounting-holes only). On Xeon 3000 CPUs, our coolers can be installed using the socket 775 mounting-kit.
The Xeon Mounting-Kit and a Xeon-Edtion of our CPU coolers are available on request (price on application). If you're interested in using our coolers on Intel Xeon platforms, please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@noctua.at!
