Installation is exactly what you would expect from a well-designed fully modular PSU. Replacing a power supply often means removing the old cabling and rebuilding the cable management from scratch, so the process naturally takes time depending on the number of cables involved.
Regardless of the case, it makes sense to connect the essential cables to the PSU first: CPU power, the motherboard’s 24-pin connector, and GPU power. Secondary cables can remain connected at the edge of the unit until needed.
Cable management is straightforward. The cables are flexible, while the connectors seat securely without any looseness. The PSU fit perfectly in our test build and, more importantly, it disappeared acoustically during use—both at idle and while the entire system was under stress testing.
