“The Noctua NL-LC1 is hands down the best liquid cooler. It's incredibly proficient at cooling even the most demanding processor under heavy load, and remains remarkably quiet while doing it.”

“If you have the space to accommodate a 420mm radiator and value performance and silence above all else, this is an absolute must-have.”

“Coming to the question of the actual performance of these coolers, the graph is self-explanatory. The NL-LC1-42 and NL-LC1-36 are sitting on top of the graph using manual mode. The NL-LC1-36 with its balanced mode, offers competitive performance against a 420mm AIO from the competition. All in all, these coolers offer an excellent noise-to-performance ratio with good TDP headroom.”

“In our tests, the 360mm radiator offered the best performance across all other 360 variants that we tested, and the 420mm then adds some more of that cooling expertise to the mix. Both AIOs offered superb noise levels, the lowest that we have ever witnessed across multiple AIOs that we have tested in the past.”
