Step 2:

First unpack the downloaded .zip-file, then start HWiNFO by opening the file "HWiNFO64.exe".

Windows might ask you if you want to allow the program to make changes to the computer, please click "Yes".

Step 3:

If the HWiNFO window that opens is not in English, please first change this by clicking on Settings and selecting English as the language.

Make sure to select the Sensors-only mode and then click "Start" to run the program.

If HWiNFO reports an error on a specific sensor, please deactivate the mentioned sensor by clicking "Do not monitor this sensor".

You should now see a HWiNFO window that shows the current status of your PC's sensors.

Step 4:

Next, Prime95 needs to be downloaded and started before returning to HWiNFO to track the sensors throughout the test. Please download Prime95 here.
