The Antec Flux Pro Noctua Edition supports the same setups as the standard edition.
As such, it is fully compatible with all Noctua CPU coolers as well as with the Seasonic PRIME TX-1600 Noctua Edition and ASUS GeForce RTX 5080 Noctua Edition, which makes it an ideal basis for fully Noctua themed builds.
